| "I was concerned when our home
parish closed our elementary school. I feared my children wouldn't feel
at 'home' with a different school. Our experience with ACCS has been
quite the opposite. Our children love ACCS. The teachers and other
staff are top notch. I would recommend ACCS to everyone looking for a
safe and nurturing place for their children to learn and grow." Amy Lusk, Our Lady of Lourdes "Altoona Central Catholic School reinforces the values we instill at home. The teachers and staff are devoted to the individual student as well as the school community as a whole. The genuine sensitivity that each student has a gift from God that they should discover and nurture is what makes ACCS so special." Brigid and Dan Sheedy, St. Therese of the Chad Jesus "Uniforms are great. It simplifies mornings - eliminates any trendy competition." Mary Adams, Mount Carmel |
"The outstanding
dedication the staff and teachers have for our
children is what makes ACCS special to me. They're receiving an
education that is delivered in a nurturing, loving and Christ-centered
environment. Anything less would be unacceptable and unfair to my
children." Tracy Kiesewetter, Our Lady of Lourdes "Altoona Central Catholic School is special to me because of the reflection of family values - love respect, caring about each others. You get a 'warm and fuzzy' feeling when you walk in the door at any site." Melissa Horell, St. Mary's "I think the close family atmosphere is part of what makes ACCS so special. No child gets lost in the shuffle. The teachers and all those who work with the children have a genuine care and concern for them. It is evident that the teachers and the entire staff love their jobs and the children." Sylvia Colyer, Sacred Heart "My son is receiving an excellent education scholastically, morally and spiritually. I love the fact that that he receives personalized attention thanks to the small class sizes. And thanks to the wonderful group of extremely devoted teachers and staff. They truly love our children."
